Know About the Newest Update in Pinterest World

People come to Pinterest to find inspiration for supporting small businesses, to pin their favorites and many more beneficial tasks. And, when we thought it cannot do anything else.

Pinterest launched the Shopify partnership!

It has announced that it has updated its Shopify app, adding a new option that will enable Shopify merchants to quickly and with minimum efforts feed their entire product catalog directly on the shoppable Pins.

Yes, this new app with Shopify allows more than one million merchants a quick and easy way to upload catalogs to Pinterest and turn their products into shoppable product pins in just few clicks!

They said, ‘The application automatically creates a good connection between the individual stores and Pinterest. This stops the merchant to edit code or add development resources. This update makes the experience seamless for businesses of all sizes.”

So, once the application is installed, the merchant can directly deploy a tag on their website for Pin analytics. Then, upload their product catalog, and quickly publish in-stock product pins.

This allows merchants to target platform’s 350M+ Monthly Users!

Amazing, isn’t it? It looks like something like this -

Pinterest previously enabled Shopify merchants to create ads on Pinterest and also track the performance. But now this new update makes it much easier for Shopify to widen their product listings to Pinterest. Also, the entire product list is exposed to 350M+ monthly users.

This is how the dashboard looks like!

The integration will mean that your Product Pins will include more accurate, updated information on pricing and availability. With this, you will also get a new SHOP tab on your Pinterest profile to show more products.

This is beneficial at this time when already Pinterest has seen a significant increase in shopping. The engagement on shoppable Product pins increased by 44% amid the COVID-19 lockdowns.

To sum it all, it enables users to support small businesses, which is the brighter side as many of the businesses are suffering from a loss right now! They can easily shift towards Pinterest for selling the products directly to their target audience.

The updated Pinterest app for Shopify is now available for Shopify users in the U.S. and Canada. Availability will be expanded to more regions in the coming weeks.

This was all for today in the update corner!
