LinkedIn is aiding this situation by rolling out this new way to help employers and candidates connect via video which is in fact the increasingly important consideration during this COVID-19 lockdown.

  • LinkedIn is already trending! People who were once untouched by the perks of it, are now enabling and moving fast towards it for recruitment and for employment too.

It is also launching a new, AI-enabled assessment tool that can help the interviewers to interview candidates easily, and effectively. It is also a relief to the discomfort caused due to the pandemic. 

What does this AI-enabled tool do?

  • Enables users to record themselves answering the common interview questions. 
  • Provides AI-generated feedback on the given answer which includes notes on pacing, use of ‘filler words’, phrases to avoid, etc.
